About Morsberger Revitalization

Emory Morsberger is a pioneer in the creation and management of community improvement districts in the metro Atlanta area. He has spearheaded the creation of CIDs in Stone Mountain, Duluth and the Highway 78 (Gwinnett) corridor and, as founder, Chairman or Executive Director, led those CIDs through periods of great revitalization and success.

Emory is a graduate of Emory University and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance. He has many years of dedicated public and business service under his belt, and is currently serving as the President of the Stone Mountain CID where, under Emory’s guidance, the year-old CID has recently expanded its boundaries and launched an aggressive economic development effort.
